During the winter time, raccoons and rodents try to find shelter wherever they can. Crawlspaces are an attractive home for these little trouble makers because they contain warm insulation for nesting and pipes for water. They will chew right through those pipes and make you pay the bill! Make sure your entrances are closed up and any holes/cracks are sealed up.
